The 2D people counter is SenSource’s mid-level traffic counting solution. It’s a directional sensor, logging entrance and exit count data separately. Using a single lens with thermal imaging technology, the ClearCount Thermal sensor detects human infrared radiation and counts pedestrian traffic with 95%+ accuracy guaranteed.
This people counter is ideal for high traffic, various traffic patterns, wide entrances and is accurate in complete darkness, making it suitable for most every traffic counting application. It’s also an ideal solution for facilities with multiple entrances as the traffic data from each entrance can be combined in Vea software to case the total traffic for the facility. The ClearCount Thermal’s sleek enclosure is unobtrusively mounted overhead and requires POE (Power Over Ethernet) cable connection to power the sensor and connect to your network for reporting. Vea completes the solution for dynamic analysis and reporting of your traffic data.
