曲軸專用熒光磁粉探傷機是磁粉探傷檢測設(shè)備。由電源控制系統(tǒng)、托架升降裝置、復合磁化裝置、夾持裝置、移位觀察系統(tǒng)、退磁系統(tǒng)、磁懸液噴淋回收系統(tǒng)、熒光觀察系統(tǒng)等組成，專門以濕式磁粉法檢查零部件表面和近表面的各種裂紋和細微缺陷。

Special fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detector for crankshaft is magnetic particle flaw detection equipment. It consists of a power supply control system, a bracket lifting device, a composite magnetization device, a clamping device, a displacement observation system, a demagnetization system, a magnetic suspension spray recovery system, a fluorescence observation system and the like, and is specially used for checking various cracks and slight defects on the surface and near the surface of parts by a wet magnetic particle method.

采用可控硅變流技術(shù)，將高電壓小電流轉(zhuǎn)換成低電壓大電流，周、縱向電流均分別連續(xù)可調(diào)，交流磁化具有斷電相位功能，既可用于剩磁法探傷，也可用于連續(xù)法探傷。周向磁化檢測方式采用傳統(tǒng)的直接通電的磁化方法，縱向磁化采用線圈感應(yīng)的磁化方法，設(shè)備一次性磁化檢查工件表面和近表面的各種裂紋和細微缺陷。
